Yes, Planned Parenthood Federation of America is eligible for qualified charitable distributions (QCD) through the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015. Your gift will count toward your required minimum distribution (RMD) for the year in which the check is issued and is excluded from your taxable income.
The minimum age requirement for a rollover IRA is 70 1/2. The maximum donation amount in one year cannot exceed $100,000. Also, IRA donations must be submitted directly from your financial institution.
