Ark manages two Lloyd’s Syndicates through its Managing Agency, Ark Syndicate Management Limited and operates a Class 4 (Re)insurer in Bermuda, Group Ark Insurance Limited.

Ark was founded in 2007 by a team that had extensive, multi-class underwriting and management experience. The vision was to build a business that was performance driven, deriving better outcomes from fact based decision making.

Today, Ark manages two London based syndicates with a combined stamp capacity in excess of £500m and since 2021, a Bermuda Class 4 (Re)insurance Company. The right people matter – we have over 200 in our team.
